About Navion

Navion is a web-based platform and API developed by International Property Solutions AB (IPS AB). We started the company after seeing how the property sector needs more data-driven tools to reach energy and sustainability goals. With backgrounds in property management, computer science, and AI, we saw an opportunity to build a platform that truly understands buildings.

We are based in Lund at Ideon Science Park, one of the leading Nordic hubs for technical innovation. There we combine research, development, and close collaboration with industry to drive Navion forward.

Our goal is simple: enable property owners to run their buildings smarter, more sustainably, and at lower cost, without investing in complex or expensive systems. Navion creates a modern, automated operation where data underpins every decision.

The company is run by alumni from Lund University of Technology and Malmö University. Together we pair research-driven development with a practical understanding of day-to-day property operations.
